Certified Providers
The following streaming providers have been certified by the Noncorporate Radio Network as meeting the following requirements:
1. Have been in business longer than 6 months.
2. Have posted (in an easily viewable area) accurate support, billing, and sales hours; the average response time to support tickets; and the various ways to contact the company (including support ticket system, phone numbers, live chat, snail mail, etc.)
3. For each server, accurately provide which data centers their servers are based in, what type of connection the servers are on, how long the server has been in use, and the cpanel available for a customer to use (which will be posted as part of your profile on our site).
4. Provide future patrons an opportunity to test out the server for a minimum of 72 hours, giving them an account on a server THAT CAN BE CONVERTED TO a regular paying account.
5. Provide a service level agreement (or similar) for customers to easily read (spelling out what you are/aren’t responsible for, length of downtime before a refund can be obtained, etc.)
6. Clearly provide terms of service, privacy policy, cancellation, and refund policy in an area of the site that is easily accessible and readable.
7. Clearly provide accurate prices and service descriptions in a non-confusing, easy to understand way. Also clearly provide the terms of any specials or promotions to the client.
8. Agree to and have a history of informing customers of service upgrades or interruptions through e-mail, phone, etc.
9. Provide at least 5 customer references whom have been with a company for at least 4 months (references will remain private).
10. Provided a physical location (City, State, Country).
