A few things that may help...

1. Please be aware of our current support ticket/telephone hours:

365 days a year:
Monday-Friday: 10am till 11pm eastern
Saturday-Sunday: noon till 11pm eastern

2. Please be aware that all of our staff are only part time and check for new tickets several times of the day. Most of the time, your ticket will receive a quick response, but there may be a delay. Also on weekends, a longer delay can be expected. If this issue requires priority, please CALL us at 1+423-741-6969.

3. The staff use the same server(s) for our own stations, so you can be sure that we will be on top of any problem quickly.
